Bits ‘N Pieces giant Puppet Theatre performs Beatrix Potter’s classic story ”Peter Rabbit” in this original musical adaptation on Tuesday, October 6. 2011 at 9:00 & 11:00 am  and 1:00 pm in E. E. Bass Auditorium in Greenville, Mississippi. The admission fee is $ 5 per child with teachers and aids admitted free.  This high-energy production features towering nine-foot-tall GIANT puppets singing and dancing as our dapper, young Peter Rabbit skips the drudgery of chores and scampers off on a musical adventure to Farmer McGregor’s vegetable garden.  His adventure takes off when Peter slips underthe garden gate and gorges himself on tasty, fresh veggies.  With Farmer McGregor in hot pursuit, our loveable, long-eared thief knows he has to face the music with Mama Rabbit.  Peter manages to save his own tail when he finally admits he’s learned the valuable lesson – “It’s better to be good than bad!”  A comprehensive guide for educators is available to all who make reservations.  For a sneak preview, visit www.PuppetWorld.com.  The 55 minute production is great for kid’s pre K thru 3rd grade.
